The Echo Prize pays bounties for replications of AI safety research, simultaneously improving the rigor of the field and introducing newcomers to technical AI safety. The Prize is designed primarily for students, but everyone is eligible to participate.
How to Participate
- Decide on a result to replicate from our list of bounties.
- Write a proposal for your replication experiment.
- Submit the proposal for approval and preregistration.
- Perform your replication experiment and write a report.
- Submit your report for review and receive a payout when it is accepted.
